Shipping policy

At DermaChic, we aim to deliver your favorite skincare and haircare essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Pan India through our trusted courier partners. The delivery partner for your order is automatically selected based on your location and service availability.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually processed and dispatched within 2 hours on the same day.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched the next working day.

• You will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery time is 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

• A standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract a small COD collection fee which will be displayed at checkout.

Payment Options

We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for your convenience.
Prepaid orders are processed faster and are eligible for special discounts or offers (if applicable).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be automatically shared with you via email and SMS so you can monitor the delivery status in real time.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a customer fails to accept the delivery or provides an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to us.
Once received, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we’re working towards expanding our services soon.
