We take utmost care in delivering our products safely, but in rare cases where an issue arises, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

You have received a defective or damaged product.

You have received the wrong product from what was ordered.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare and haircare products cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at nurture@dermachic.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will guide you through the process and help arrange the pickup if eligible.
Return Shipping

If your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping is free of cost.

In any other case, the return may not be eligible for free pickup.
Refund Process

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via UPI or direct bank transfer after the customer shares their bank details with us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used skincare/haircare products

Products without original packaging or tampered labels
